Requirements

We work with you to define the end product requirements. This includes working with engineering principles to assist with initial design concepts. To ensure you are involved in the product development process, we will have a System Requirements Review (SRR) to ensure we are in alignment on product requirements.

Once the requirements are understood, the Mechanical, Electrical, and Software development begins for your product. We review all design aspects to ensure your product will be manufacturable. We will hold a Preliminary Design Review (PDR) to ensure we are in alignment on product design development and that the initial design capabilities align with initial requirements.

Once product integration is complete, we ensure your product is ready to be manufactured. We will perform a Manufacturing Readiness Review with the manufacturer to ensure your product is ready to enter production.

Your product will then be ready for production!

Once testing is complete, product definition can begin to be reviewed and released. We will collaborate with manufacturers to ensure all relevant information is captured in the TDP to streamline the manufacturing process. We will perform a Critical Design Review (CDR) once the product design and testing is complete to ensure all product requirements have been met.

Once the design considerations have been proven to work, a prototype will be built for a first-cut of the final product. The prototype will undergo engineering testing to ensure the end product will meet requirements and will be compliant to any applicable standards.
